Don't let the age fool you! This is a wonderful condo with great neighbors and a view of the bay and park. The beach and playground are a nice walk away. Gated with covered parking available, an incredible dog park, large pool and very nice clubhouse. Laundry facility, building is securely locked at all times. All utilities are included, trash picked up at your unit as well as internet and cable tv. The balcony overlooks the pool, the park across the street and the beach. The whole thing is charming. I am the owner/broker and have loved every second spent here. The rooms are large, great closets and you could add another bathroom and or laundry if you wanted to lose a closet. Walk to the park, ride you bike downtown or along the beach. There is a playground, basketball court, weekend activities and a couple of dog parks just down the hill. It's really a gem!!
